I'm a local Ohioan from the area, but I stayed at Sonesta with my partner from Mexico. Our room was very clean, the halls were spotless, room utilities were easy to use, and our needs were covered. Front Desk Staff were around to help us even very late at night, and they were always friendly, understanding, and willing to work with what we needed. Fellow tenants were kind, and the clean staff was also very polite and patient. I had no real expectations when I booked since it was my first time, but I was exceedingly pleased with my experience. An unforgettable part of our vacation was returning to Sonesta every night. Thank you, Sonesta Staff!!!
