"I was told to go to a back building that was/is used for sleep study. The fire alarm went off each day I was there and a man who lived on the first floor said the alarm goes off daily. It was very hard to get internet service and there was no hair dryer. I am usually easy to please but this "

"The elevator had trash and graffiti. I get off on my floor, and there's trash all up and down the entire hallway. Literally. I checked in at evening time, which meant, housekeeping had already clocked out for the day after not doing their job. You could tell that the floor hadn't been touched in days. Just litter everywhere. There was a large bucket of dirty dishes sitting in the hallway across from my room. I went downstairs to complain. If I could upload the video I took, of all the trashiness, I would. Had this not been a last-minute reservation, I would've gone right back downstairs to get a refund and leave. I stayed for two nights, and housekeeping still hadn't cleaned the hallway of that same litter the morning I was due to check out. The room itself was nice, though."

"Very clean room, quiet and a good place to stay for a night's sleep. Internet was not good, because of a storm so unusable. TV options limited. No access to streaming services. But if you want a good night's sleep at a super reasonable rate, stay here. There is a gas station/plaza with breakfast options that are better than most motels offer right next door so the lack of free breakfast was not a problem."

"I booked my stay through Expedia (Hotels.com) and I paid at the property. No one was at the desk when I checked out so I dropped my key in the box. IHG hotels have always emailed my receipt - my email address is on file. They didn't send one - no big deal - but when I called the clerk told me that because I booked through a third party I would have to get my receipt from them. I explained that I paid the hotel and that they are to give me a receipt. I also explained that when I checked out there was no one at the desk so I dropped my key as the sign instructed. She told me on a Friday at 4:40 p.m. that I'd have to call back on Monday when a manager was on duty. If they don't have someone at the desk in the morning they should email the receipts.. "
