シェフィールド ホテル

「My only complaint was, upon arriving and checking in, we were told that the pool was heated. We came early with our granddaughters and were excited to take them swimming. The pool was the coldest pool that I’ve ever felt. We told the staff about it, we stayed two nights and the temperature never got warmer. We could not let those 5 month old, 3 and 5 year olds swim in this ice bath.」

「I stayed a week and a half to visit family. I have to say the staff is so wonderful! Very helpful and kind. I travel all over the country and it is hard to find good staff who love their jobs. The lobby is beautiful and well kept and the food was amazing! Would have liked to use the indoor pool but the heater was not working so it was too cold. The room was a little disappointing however. Overall it was clean but it is fully carpeted so I always feel like they are most likely never shampood...
