「I left my wallet in a taxi but the hotel staff were really kind to call the taxi company and I was able to get it back safely.
The only thing is there was no soap for hand washing in a lavatory.」
「Lovely breakfast spread, rooms were very clean and thoughtfully designed. We stayed while visiting Case Western, so location was perfect -- within walking distance. Front staff was awesome, when they didn't have the original room booked, they upgraded and gave us 2 connecting rooms! 」
「This hotel was great. Convenient to downtown without the hassle. An uber is about 15 minutes to the HB stadium. Bed was super comfortable. Breakfast typical with oatmeal, cereal, eggs, sausage, bagel, toast, and yogurt.
Front desk staff was super nice and gave me suggestions and advice. 」
「This is our third time staying here. The property is charming and unique. It is located near the heart of the city and so much can be reached by walking down Franklin St. and the adjacent neighborhoods staring at the rich collection of antique homes. Nice common areas, a fully stocked kitchen and plenty of coffee help the quests meet and chat. Check-in is easy. Off street parking that is in a locked and gated lot behind the building is a big plus. We will stay again. 」

Not like famous luxury hotel but if you like this style like W, you would love this hotel.」
「A wonderful hotel in a great area— perfectly clean place, friendly staff, big room. Literally the ONLY negative thing I can say about it is that the bed was not very comfy, agreed upon by my wife; we both slept pretty poorly, but there were also other personal factors, so we could have just been having a weird night, as neither of us are usually very picky about mattresses (or maybe we’re just getting old…). Anyway, great hotel— I would stay here again if I were back in town. 」
