Bartender was very nice. Went in search of ice bucket and filled it. Ever told At check in that we could not get in door by pool and had to back track with all of our luggage to get to inside door. Pool & hot tub were very dirty the next morning. Overall staff disregarded us as guests."

"I return to this property again and again. It is centrally located. I’ve always enjoyed a very quiet stay, perfect for working. It is a quick uber away from the airport. Everything place else I need is within walking distance. But the main reason is I love the restaurant and staff. The food is fantastic! Seasonal and fresh. I’ve enjoyed breakfast and dinner every stay in KC. "
