「If you want the best location in Vermilion, look no further!!! Steps from the beach (about 2 min walk, even with a toddler in tow!), right above all the shops and restaurants you could ever want… it was truly a treasure to get to stay at this sweet spot! 「My overall experience of the property was ok. We just had a couple issues, parking spaces for SUV's and trucks were tight in front of the building, foyer entrance to the building needed to be clean along with the carpet. 」

「Unit was well stocked with supplies needed. It was spacious with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. I recommend replacing carpet throughout (flooring other than carpet) as it's well worn and probably hard to keep clean. When we arrived, dryer still had bed linens in it. Dishwasher still had dishes in it. The carpet in the entryway inside the building, hallways and stairs is well worn. Everything was in working order and loved having the washer & dryer.」
