「The room was poorly equipped. The kitchen was missing pans to cook and only had silverware for 3 people. There were enough towels but only 2 washcloths and 4 people in our party. The worst part was only having one key fob to get into the building and up the elevator. There were multiple times our group wanted to split up or someone come back early but we were unable because of only one building/elevator key. We ask for a second one and were told no.
