「案内された部屋が別棟で車で移動しなければなかった上に予約していたのと違う部屋に通された。部屋は変えてもらえたが再度フロントまで行かなければならなかった。別棟にはエレベーターも無く荷物を持っての上り下りが大変だった。夜、寒かったので暖房を入れたらとても臭く窓あけなければならなく寒いし不快だった。」

「Everything went well. Check-in was easy, and the person working at the counter was very polite and helpful. The property itself was about what I expected for the price. The only odd thing was that I booked it through Expedia as a Vrbo property, and nowhere in the listing did I see that it was actually a Motel 6. That would have been helpful to know when booking.」

「Was overcharged, Never refunded my deposit and charged me for the full stay, the counter clerk could see it but told me there is nothing she could do and that I’d have to contact corporate, Needless to say they have not called me back. That sucks because I stay here often but won’t return again.」
