「Great location for team traveling」

「案内された部屋が別棟で車で移動しなければなかった上に予約していたのと違う部屋に通された。部屋は変えてもらえたが再度フロントまで行かなければならなかった。別棟にはエレベーターも無く荷物を持っての上り下りが大変だった。夜、寒かったので暖房を入れたらとても臭く窓あけなければならなく寒いし不快だった。」

「The hotel is in an amazing location with beautiful views of the lake, the rooms and all public areas are pristine and clean, & the staff were absolutely amazing. I would not recommend eating at the restaurant, as it's quite overpriced, the menu is quite performative, and the food wasn't that great for the price paid. It is also very small & loud if the patio is not open. That said, it did not deter from how amazing the hotel is. Just find somewhere else to eat during your stay.」

「Clean room, excellent breakfast choices—best I’ve seen in a while. Check in lady was VERY GOOD about keeping my room number and information secure from being overheard by the man in line behind me. One real problem. The window in my 1st floor room was UNLOCKED upon arrival. This is SO unsafe. Someone could already have been inside, or someone could have entered during my stay, if I had not checked this. 「Nice basic room. I really have no complaints at all. Only found that the bed frame was weird but that would be knit picking. There was sheet metal for the front decorative covering and I kept hitting it with my foot.」

「Stay was awesome. My only suggestion to mgt is that the 1st floor back door is very loud and jaring when it closes. Can hear and feel it.in room 107 and probably beyond.」
