ホプキンス国際空港(CLE)周辺のホテル

「プログレッシブフィールドに近くて良かったです。」

「I was very satisfied with this hotel in several ways. First of all, the facility was clean. The surrounding area was also very safe and secure. The on-site shop is open 24 hours a day, so you can conveniently get snacks and drinks at any time. The bar was also very comfortable. The only drawback is that there are not many restaurants nearby. 「Loved the big rooms. Windows desperately needed washing. We did not participate in the breakfast but the place was crowded when I went for coffee. We also did not participate in dinner except for the free glass of wine. Loved the valet parking but they need more organization and direction. We went to check in they parked my car with our stuff in it after they told us to check in and get the stuff after. Took over 30 minutes to get the car when checking out. Only one person doing it all...

「Clean room helpful staff」

「The water basin in the bathroom didn't drain properly. e Troom wasn't cleaned one of the three days. 」

「客室はとても清潔でした。」

「When we checked out, the clerk said their printer was down, so we could not get invoices. Please send ones for Mr. Hirotaka Nakanishi, Shinobu Matsumoto and Takuya Ogino, to "ogino-t@nkc-j.co.jp" immediately. We stayed one night on Dec. 18. Thanks」

「Good service about shuttle to the airport」

「The rugs were torn up in the room. There was a large burn hole on the ceiling. There was no conditioner. There were beer cans outside on the "patio" The room was dusty」

「This Hampton is not bad but not great as expected. One of reasons is that it's a bit old. But people at hotel are friendly and service quality is pretty good.」

「The property location couldn’t have been better! Walking distance to everything. The May is a stunning building and all was very clean. I cannot recommend this property enough!」

「Clean room - blackout curtains - quiet - centrally located. Felt safe. Restaurants are within walking distance (try Centro - awesome!). The only complaint was the shower gels - not good. We did have a drink in the downstairs bar - priced accordingly. Did not eat at any restaurants in hotel.」
