「I enjoyed my stay at this downtown location. okay rooms. There is a fee for the breakfast unless you book complimentary. They will cook to order or you can have the buffet. I enjoyed my swim in the pool and the hot tub. $20 for parking. Less than 10 mins from Cleveland Clinic.」

「This is a good property to stay at... especially during the week. On weekends there were many folks driving very loud motorcycles thru town consistently in the evening / early night. The soundproofing on the room appears to be grossly insufficient to insulate against it. On the weekends, downtown Cleveland is nearly uninhabited. Means that the homeless and mentally ill are the only folks on many blocks... during the week shouldn't be an issue though. Nice hotel. Good location. Reasonable...

「Stayed here prior to a visit to Cleveland Clinic to which it is conveniently located. Safe location despite some other reviews to the contrary. Very friendly staff! Room was spacious and met our needs for an overnight stay. Free water and popcorn at check-in is a nice touch. Free breakfast was outstanding! Will return to Tru the next time we visit Cleveland.」
