「Extremely disappointed with the appearance of non-maintenance and upkeep. Very dated & worn. Changes my mind about what qualifies as a Bonvoy hotel stay. I would definitely NOT stay here again.」

My room had an odor of being unclean and the floors were dirty—walking barefoot in my room resulted in dark and dirty feet!! Corners on floors were caked with dirt. My shower curtain was grossly moldy on the bottom. I did not eat breakfast here because of the overall lack of cleanliness. 「I love the room that I had. Lots of space. The room was supposed to sleep 3 but it had a simple couch not a sleeper sofa the add said. My son had to sleep on the cushions. Also the shower curtain was missing. The maintenence man took care of the curtain and brought us extra towels. He was the best. I brought these shortfalls up to the shift supervisor and they credited me for a 50% refund.」
