「Good location, good room, good staff and good cafe.」

「Clean rooms and friendly staff」

「I was very satisfied with this hotel in several ways. First of all, the facility was clean. The surrounding area was also very safe and secure. The on-site shop is open 24 hours a day, so you can conveniently get snacks and drinks at any time. The bar was also very comfortable. The only drawback is that there are not many restaurants nearby. 「Common area atrium was nice and comfortable. Disappointments were with our 7th floor king suite: cleanliness and maintenance. Candy gummy bear on bedroom floor; an extra set of towels placed on the FLOOR under the vanity shelf; kitchenette faucet had a considerable amount of corrosion built up on base – very unpleasant to look at and didn’t feel clean. There was no ventilation in bathroom, thus the black mildew/mold bubbled up on shower ceiling. Stains on sheets and carpet.」
