"Walking into the hotel it was not really clean and such. May need a makeover. Clean comfortable room and people were great. Elevator floor was terribly dirty."

When I went to complain, someone was already doing the same and when she walked away the lady at the front desk rolled her eyes right in front of me."

When addressed hotel staff was the rudest people I've came across I checked out did not stay request a refund due to the condition and it was ignored instead of police were used to threat."
