"Stayed here several times before and the rooms were much cleaner. This time around not so great. The first room we were given was not even clean. It was if the desk didnt know the room had not bn clean since the last person checked out and we checked in at 6p. Anyway asked for another room no problem it was clean just not as clean as what I was expecting. Safe area close to everything. Restaurants shopping depending on what your there for. Bed is comfy could use more pillows everything worked at least. Not bad for the price"

"We check-in at 1:30AM, We drove 6 hours to get there as it was our mid way to get to Michigan. Between 3AM to 4AM we constantly were getting phone calls on the room phone. When we answered no one spoke. This happend 3 times. I called the front desk and they said no one called. Later at 7 AM someone was trying to open our room door, I went at the door to see who it was, there was a man with the same room key we were given and he was guven the same room. I called the front desk and the lady said that she thought that the room was vacant and could not find our signed papers. Basically we could not rest and we still have a long journey to cover. This is very unprofessional and unacceptable from BEST WESTERN to do something like this. We will think twice to book this hotel for our next trip"

"For the continental breakfast, they didn’t even have potatoes with your eggs and meat The building is very old The bathrooms definitely need to be updated in the rooms"

"We ate breakfast off property it was not included in stay and the “bistro” was average. We made coffee in the room and the paper cup had a leak , went down to ask for a cup of coffee and I got handed more packages of coffee to make on my own. I also got handed a bottle of conditioner and body wash since ours was out. I did ask the cleaner if she would please put them in the holder for us. Also, Expedia noted there was self parking and Courtyard charged $10 a day. On the positive side the afternoon/evening staff were friendly. The bed was comfortable and my granddaughter enjoyed the pool. "
