Staff cheerful, fun and helpful. Love the circular kiosk in the middle of the lobby. Fresh architecture of rooms is what drew me there. Love the desk in front of the window too. Free entertainment in the evening is brilliant. Love the total ambiance unlike any hotel I’ve ever stayed in! Thank you for giving me the opportunity to say thanks. I loved my short stay!

This hotel is very conveniently located by a large shopping area, the airport, and the highway. The lobby area is nice and they also have good food/snack options. There is a full-service restaurant that shares a parking lot as well.

Always enjoy it here!

Always enjoy staying at the Cleveland Airport ALoft on the road trip from Boston to Wisconsin. They don’t roll their eyes when I mention the dog will be a roommate. In fact, they give my dog even more attention. The rooms are clean, there is plenty of land around for dog walks and exercise.

The staff were super friendly, helpful, and kind! This is a great place for kids! We loved our stay! I would recommend cleaner floors in the rooms. Carpets need a really good vacuuming in between each stay and there are a list of dust bunnies on the tile floors. I don’t think our rooms had been vacuumed on our stay to and from our trip. 2 different rooms and the floors looked dirty! Also, a continental breakfast would be nice.

The front desk staff is top notch and the hotel is clean and quiet. My only complaint is that the mini fridge was loud and annoying but I just unplugged it and it was fine.

The hotel was overbooked and we were transferred to Hilton Garden Inn. This was not good at all. Nice rooms, but restaurant was bad - i could not use my Honours benefits and staff not very helpful

We were delayed in Cleveland-cancelled flight. the Aloft was perfect. Convenient to the airport. Very comfortable rooms. A great well stocked bar and a store with all kinds of snacks and food. Plus, free coffee. There is also a nice restaurant next door. Staff was great and very helpful. Really loved this hotel.

A great hotel that is clean and safe. Most staff members were very nice except for the shuttle driver… he never greeted me and acted very upset that he had to take me to the airport even though I had my name placed on the schedule the day before. When dropping me at the airport he never said one word. Other than the shuttle driver it was a great stay.
