I've been on an extended road trip and stayed at a lot of hotels around this price point, and this was easily the best experience I have had. The gentleman at the desk made sure to give me an upstairs room so I wouldn't be disturbed when I mentioned I needed to leave early in the morning. Rooms are simple, but have everything you need. Breakfast room is open 24/7 so you can get food when you need it (though pancakes are only available 7-10 am). I'd absolutely stay here again next time I'm in the area.

Room was older but comfortable. Lamp wasn’t working but for the price I can’t complain. I would stay there again. Plenty of places to eat nearby. Breakfast was ok.

We chose this hotel because of all the favorable reviews. I have to admit when seeing the outside of the building I was a little nervous because it is kind of run down. But it was very nice inside. And our room was great. We had to jetted tub room and it was so relaxing and clean. We will definitely be back.

Property is certainly not in the nicest condition, but it felt clean. Staff is also very helpful and kind. There was a musty smell in the room, and I came back to the door unlocked after it had been serviced. It is also quite far from Cleveland proper- you’ll want to be sure you have a vehicle

It was a decent hotel with clean, comfortable room on 2nd floor, but no elevator which was a difficulty for my wife to climb stairs. Staff were helpful and carried our suitcase up for us. Air conditioning worked ok. Breakfast was ok but mostly carbs including pancakes and fruit.

The hotel was very good and the room was clean and had everything you would expect. The corridor carpet and staircase had not been vacuumed for a while, but that’s a minor niggle. The biggest issue was the ability to hear fellow guests talking in the next room. Obviously there is not much that can be done about it, but I feel other guests should be warned that the walls appeared to be paper-thin and, if guests in the adjacent rooms are chatting through the night, you will hear it.

They are remodeling but other than that it was a very very pleasant stay. No bugs the rooms were clean and the AC works great and the staff were awesome very nice people. They have breakfast as well, I stayed for 2 nights and will stay again because of front desk supervisor Nirav! Thanks for a warm welcoming.
