The staff was not overly nice. Had to get our own fresh towels. One of the beds was very unstable. Water pressure was very low.
Liked the location and the golf cart rental was great!
Room was clean and the staff was great. Note: we booked a king size bed room and it seemed to only be a full size. The vending machines are also empty, but it’s also the beginning of the season.
The room had mold on the ceiling, clearly the plumbing from the bathroom above. The tiles were cracked in our bathroom and our sheets hadn't been laundered.
The other guests stood outside our room and partied until 5am. They were literally sitting on the AC units outside the room, people tried entering our room (several times) thinking it was theirs. When I spoke to the reception desk, they shrugged and said that's the norm here on weekends.
I will say that the daytime pool party was fun and the pool is taken care of nicely. However, I would not recommend staying here unless you're use to living in a frat house, a random beach or a dark alley. I digress, the latter would offer a quieter night's sleep.
Friendly, accommodating staff, close to everything!

The staff was the best part of my stay!!
This is a rinky dink party motel/resort
I stayed in a king exterior room on the first floor. The place was hard to find, you have to go down the alley way where you see grand islander n Level 2 bar.
This is definitely meant for party goers and young people... the music starts at 9am Saturday and Sunday.
The bed was hard af!!!
Didn't enjoy the bed and again the is a low grade resort, so don't expect much more then a place to sleep and smoke if you're a smoker.
If you want something more comfortable n nicer then stay somewhere else.
I know I will next time I visit the island.
Absolutely love how close the walking distance everything was, having the pool right outside The front door was amazing when the weather was good. Room service was so great and was the front desk.

This hotel has an exceptional front desk staff….kind, attentive and friendly. Very warm welcome
They have two buildings there I stayed in the exterior building because I had my dog with me. It’s great that they’re able to accommodate dogs of all sizes and breeds. However, the hotel room rooms in the other building are much nicer. They’re also larger. On the second day we were there. I guess they had some kind of electric issue with the hot water tank and we had no hot water. They did accommodate us by allowing me to take a shower in the other building in a different hotel room. They actually offered us that hotel room, but all I wanted to do is take a shower and I couldn’t have my dog in that building. They tried to help do what they could and I appreciate that. Unfortunately if you show up there on the weekend, parking is the biggest headache. You end up needing to find a parking spot in some parking lot a block or two away. I stayed there Saturday through Monday. Saturday was jumping. Sunday was rainy and there wasn’t many people out. A lot of the places close at eight or 9 PM. It’s less packed during the week so more chill which is good if you’re looking for that atmosphere. If you’re going out there to party, then you need to be there on the weekend Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
the staff were great pool area was nice but the floors in the rooms were dirty ,your socks or feet were black and per staff that came and mopped the room the floors had not been sealed when they were put down ,area was great, loud at night when people were walking by but you are in a area that nosie is expected over all i would stay there again
