Overall, service and cleanliness was subpar. I stayed for 7 nights and only requested my room be cleaned one time. They did not change sheets. The only supplies that were restocked were towels. No coffee cups or creamer, no plastic cups, no toiletries, only one roll of toilet paper, no tissues.  One day when requesting a box of tissues I was told they didn't have any! The bathroom cleaning was sloppy as well. Thick layer of dust in the bathroom vent.  Bathtub stopper was broken so the water continued to drain. The bathtub was beat up. The couch and floor needed to be vacuumed. Several lamps but they did not provide adequate lighting. Mini frig was very small and did not have a freezer section.  Furniture, carpet and curtains were old, worn and outdated as well.   No room service and you had to order food at the bar. The kitchen closed at 8:30! The phones in the rooms did not work . Skeleton staff. My key got deactivated one day prematurely and I had to wait in a long line due to only one person at the front desk most of the time.  The elevators were sluggish and at times didn't work.  There was a faulty fire alarm early one morning around ​6 AM and the noise was deafening!​ It was a false alarm due to the​ hotel's faulty fire system​. ​ The hot tub was not hot. A couple of times there were no clean towels by the pool but instead a large pile of used ones. When leaving the pool area one day there was a pile of feces right by the exit gate! Overall very disappointed!

When we first arrived to the room we noticed large white stain on the couch cushion. We had no blanket on our bed. The body wash in the shower had been half used. The bathroom floors needed to be swept and mopped. The air conditioner made loud noises. Overall the room wasn't very clean. We left after about 30 minutes.

The room was okay, good space with fridge and microwave we had ice machine in the same floor, pool was great the kids had fun, staff don’t bother the clients, were friendly and helpful, I wish breakfast was included but the buffet prices was good, it was a good stay for the price.

Awful. Chlorine smell on one side of the hotel. Didn’t even stay for breakfast because the rooms were dirty including the bathroom. We changed rooms and at the same price the room had less stuff like furniture. There was an offer to have us switch rooms for a third time but no offer for an upgrade or points. They wouldn’t even see the rooms and clean them because they said the cleaning staff went home. Old and dusty fixtures and furniture. Torn ottomans in the lobby. Just an awful mess of a hotel.

Im sure this isn't indicative of a normal stay at this hotel. with that said, on this particular night, the fire alarm went off 2x in room and hotel several hrs apart overnight. the sound was excruciating and it took forer, 15 to 25 minutes , if not longer, for the overnight staff to turn off which made for a horrible rest and my ears are still ringing 12 hrs later

This was the worse stay I’ve ever had, a hotel from hell! I had to move rooms 5 TIMES!! I checked in and went to the first too and it had broken nails in the bed and crumbs. The bathroom was dirty. Comment to front desk and she personally walked me threw 3 more rooms only to find things wrong with each room as well so she upgraded me to a suite however at night we went to turn the ac down and the ac was broke the room was hot as hell this was at 1am! I went to the front desk and I even had the security guy go into the room and check the ac and he told us it was in fact broke so we had to move for 5th time at 1am!! We finally got settled for the night only to be woken up at 6am to the fire alarm blaring!! I will never stay here again would never recommend it to anyone my opinion it should be shut down!!!

I have stayed at this property previously multiple times without issue and was looking forward to this trip. There were two large parties occurring at this hotel during our stay. We went up to the room from the pool around 9pm to get ready for bed and quickly realized there was a room party occurring directly next to us. By 10pm the noise had not subsided and the traffic in and out of the room was increasing. My 4 year old daughter and I went down to the front desk to request a room change as we needed to be up at 6am the following day and needed to sleep. The woman working the front desk, Latisha, was exceptional. She found a room for us immediately and apologized profusely for our experience. Her assistance with finding a solution quickly is the primary reason I didn’t pack our things and go down the street to another hotel. She was the bright spot of our stay. Unfortunately, after this experience (loud, pool overrun with unsupervised toddlers which is incredibly dangerous, rooms in poor condition) I will not book at this property again. So disappointed to see how much the property has declined in the last couple of years.

Room is old and not real clean, AC not working the front desk said they will put in a work order?? Pool very cloudy and jacuzzi only about 80 degrees no towels just a pile of dirty ones even next day same. You get what you pay for.

Pool and hot tub were off limits for the whole day which was my main selling point in picking this place. The room has poor circulation in the bedroom area. The pull out couch had no sheets on the mattress. The lighting in the room was awful with only lamps that were dull.

There was a rotten running around in the room. I called Expendia for a full refund and I still have not gotten in. This was almost a week ago. Expendia charged me card. I did not even receive me security deposit back.

There is a distinct odor near room 427. The bathroom floor-sticky. There was no blanket or duvet on the bed. There were iil fitting sheets. When we asked over and over again for a blanket we were told: be right up and also on other occasions that there are none. The filter in the bathroom doesn’t function and is an excellent dust collector. The bathroom mirror had two burned out lights. This was not the room I reserved. Worst room ever. Get it together. Be better. Families go there and deserve to be respected more. The staff was inadequate.

Call the desk to tell them about problems. Oh, the phone doesn’t work.
Sheets for blankets. I should also say they offered a mattress pad.
