「The room was poorly equipped. The kitchen was missing pans to cook and only had silverware for 3 people. There were enough towels but only 2 washcloths and 4 people in our party. The worst part was only having one key fob to get into the building and up the elevator. There were multiple times our group wanted to split up or someone come back early but we were unable because of only one building/elevator key. We ask for a second one and were told no. We also asked for a parking pass for $15 as...

「Host never communicated with us at all. After 4 days of trying to get check in information VRBO refunded our money so wr could book something else. This host is worse than awful. 」

「Very nice area right on the water/marina. Short drive to anything we needed. Unit was modern and stocked with all amenities. Clean and spacious. Plenty to do in the area and great walking trails.」

「From the exterior the unit appears to be completely unappealing, however once inside, the unit is beautifully decorated and very comfortable and spacious. I am certain that this unit has the best view of the bay where concerts and various activities take place. We were only here for one rainy cold New Year night but would certainly come back during the summer when the area is in full swing!ifullswing!!!coplace 」

「Property was 15 minutes from the cuyahoga falls national park visitor center. Property was very nice, extremely clean and would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to have a night or two near the national park.」

「1 star because the places where very nice, but that’s it. We were switched 3 times 1 week before and twice the day of. due to over booking. Was promised a refund that I never received and a 50.00 gift card for dinner/drinks that I never received. Very bad experience 」

「We stayed in a 2 bed 2 bath room. All the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The manager answered all my questions promptly. Both bathrooms had lots of room. The kitchen area had paper towels, dish soap, coffee. Restaurants were close by within walking distance. Breakfast was good too. The evening reception is M-W. We will definitely stay there again. 」
