「Austin the General Manager went above and beyond for me. I was having a problem sleeping due to the noisiness of the in-room temperature control system. He sent out and bought a fan so I could have continuous airflow in the room without the use of the heating/cooling system. Thank you Austin for being so responsive to my needs!」
「The property must have changed hands within the last year. Not well managed. I stayed 3 days and my room was never cleaned. I went a got clean towels daily myself. I made the bed daily.
It definitely needs some manager input. 」
