Great Staff. Upscale with no amenities. Every hotel in the area has a free breakfast. Bar is poor. Took 3 tries b4 I got the drink I wanted. No tonic even! How about some TVs in the lobby to watch some sports.

Excellent staff and customer service; however the remodel is not great. Air in one room could not cut off or adjust. Stayed on blowing cold. Door by lock was carved out. Some room outlets don’t work. Water in some rooms smelled like sewage. Stayed in 3 different rooms. However, the staff was amazing.

The check-in process was very quick and efficient. The outside area needed attention as both trash cans were overflowing and you could smell the trash as soon as you stepped out of the car.
