"We walk into the room our bed had clumps of hair in it and like dark particles of stuff. The beds were so bad and uncomfortable. You could see how lumpy the bed was that was indentations on it. The shower curtain had holes in. It would never stay here again."

Once in the room I saw stains on the bed, black brown ring around the tub."
