The room was very bare. Didn’t even have plastic/paper cups. It has a dishwasher but no dishes or utensils. One of the beds had food crumbs in the sheets and a wet spot at the foot of the bed. Luckily I only needed one bed.

There are not enough towels in the room, there is no dryer and no iron. The staff is not available most of the time at reception, they do not answer the phone.

It was clean. If that's the only thing you expect, this line of hotels is for you. The beds have two thin sheets, no quilt or comforter; we had to request a blanket and retrieve from front desk. Need a hairdryer? No problem, again go to front desk. But ensure you return within 2 hours or you will be charged $24. Walls paper thin, simple slat blinds that allow ample light in all night and all road noise. Perfect spot for anyone who is desperate for a place to lie down for a few hours and has very low expectations.

Parking was adequate, facilities were clean, room was clean. Employees attitude was very different depending on who was working. I avoided a couple who weren’t friendly and gave off the “Don’t bother me” vibe. One was so unhelpful, I asked if I could extend my stay 1 more night and smirked and said, “No sorry we’re booked!” Little did she know I was already using the app and got a room extension. She didn’t even bother to check! Y’all won’t have decent ratings very long! You’ll be a 7 at best!

This is a new facility so they have a few bugs to work out. It also appears they are understaffed at the time so having immediate service may be a challenge for some things. If you stay for more than three days and want your room cleaned, forget it. They only clean the room every 14 days. If you want a long term stay and do your own cooking, bring your own pots and pans and kitchen knives, they don't supply those. You can purchase some from the front desk, but how much and what is the quality? This place has potential, they just might want to reevaluate their policies on cleaning and amenities. They do supply toiletries so that is nice. Don't expect it to be like a hotel.

We stood two full days here, I will state the issues below: 1st : Our room was not ready until 5:30pm we waited in the lobby for our room. 2nd: The only elevator for 4 floors was extremely filthy. We assumed it was going to be cleaned later. No for the three days two nights it was never cleaned and grossed us out. 3rd. The hallways to our room were worse than the elevator trash, dirt and dust everywhere. 4th: rooms had no face tissue, nor the kitchen area in our rooms had any napkins. 5th: no amenities 6th: No black out curtains, it was so bright in our room we couldn’t sleep in.
