「This property is in an older neighborhood near downtown PHX. Some of the surrounding properties have not been kept up although it appears that there's an effort being made in the neighborhood to change things around. The property met our needs for the purpose of attending a Dodgers game at nearby Chase Field. Be aware that you might have to park on the street depending on how many people have rentals booked at the same time. (There's a total of 3 rental units on this property and only 1...
