「Neighbourhood is fine and safe.
House is convenient. Shops are nearby.
Bus 126 comes very often. However travel to Port Authority NYC takes 45-60 min or more due to the fact that Lincoln tunnel is mostly full with cars. At night it is about 15-20 min.」

「This is a quiet shady street. The roof top area is a fabulous bonus. The walk to subway was easy. If you are not a fan of stairs, this place is not for you though. We would stay here again.」

「Beautiful property, clean, and plenty of room for the 8 of us. The washer and dryer was broken which made it difficult as we found out our cruise was being re-routed from Bermuda to Canada because of a hurricane & we needed to wash our warm clothes we had worn in NYC. Because of pre-planned activities we did not have time to go to the laundromat. The property owner did give us a small refund after I requested it. The neighborhood was a little rough, but these rental properties were beautiful. 」
