"I visited the area as a short trip with my daughter. It was wonderful. Great breakfast options..friendly staff. The surrounding area is scenic great shopping and good restaurants. "

Subway access was really close 3 minute walk and central park less then 5 minutes.

"This is the third time I’ve stayed at the Hotel Beacon. Location, staff, and cleanliness are all great. The air conditioning is a little noisy, and there’s no air conditioning in the hallway. But overall the experience was excellent and I plan to stay here again. The old elevator is a hoot. I love it. "
