「Great place! Clean, good location. Host is very quick to respond to any questions. The house has everything you need for a nice stay. Looking forward to staying again. The beds are super comfortable. 」

「It was clean and beds were ok. It is not really a 4 bedroom and no way sleeps 14. There was only one role of TP in each bath and few extra pillows or towels. No pizza pans and the porxhes were not clean nice or really even useable. Also the bath tup does not plug for a toddler bath.Overall we were happy with the few inconveniences to have a good price and clean stay.」

「Street parking directly across the street was a breeze. The suite was super nice, very clean. Comms with Red were great as well. I left something in the suite and he was kind enough to contact me right away and offer to ship it to me. Would recommend Red’s place when you’re in DC!」

The kitchen was stocked with basic kitchen necessities. The location was excellent - we easily used the Metro and the bus, plus we tried several restaurants that were within walking distance. 「This was a really great location for exploring DC. We had a wonderful time biking around the city from Gravely Point.Food was close by, home was clean and organized. Check in great and host communicated very well with us.The only thing that reduced our rating, was having the pull out sofa in the basement, with a door that opened to the outside, and the other beds two floors up. We had planned to have five year old twins on the pull out, but didn’t feel comfortable with that. So grandma and...
