「Nick is a great host, communication was great. He hand delivered warm fresh cookies to our door when we arrived at 2am. 」

「Spacious property and great location but in need of major repairs. We arrived and 2 of the 3 bathrooms were not working. The property manager had someone come and fix it two days after our stay and we had a plumber in the home almost an entire day. 「I was told about additional rules the day of my booking. Had multiple problems with how clean the place was (bathroom, bedsheets, kitchen utensils etc) as well as multiple broken items in the home. Even when I contacted and showed proof of everything, the host took hours just to respond after responding in a minute timespan prior to. The neighbor was very rude to my guest unprovoked and when explained, the host brushed it off. It looks nice in pictures but it was not worth the price or stress at...
