Shaw/Noma It is best known as a transportation hub and the home of places like Union Market, a restored grocery and specialty food hall that’s at the epicenter of DC’s gourmet scene. It’s one of the coolest neighborhoods in DC and is a seamless blend of historic and modern charm. The locals are a mix of young professionals, new families, and long-time residents. From the flat, you are just steps away from a popular German beer garden, gourmet coffee shops, and trendy new restaurants. A Harris Teeter supermarket is just a few blocks away. The Convention Center and the bustling nightlife of U Street are both an easy 20-30 minute walk or a 7 min Uber ride.

Union Market, located in a restored, mid-century food hall, caters to couples, kids and chefs with its mix of restaurants, kitchen supply retailers and gourmet shops selling spices, meat and such. Creative businesses have popped up in the industrial zone surrounding the market, too, including an Angelika movie theater, Masseria, a Michelin-starred Italian restaurant from chef Nicholas Stefanelli, and La Cosecha, contemporary Latin American marketplace.

Gives will have access to the entire private 2-bedroom Rowhome, as well as the designated parking space behind the home. Please note that the parking spot fits a compact car and might be too tight for bigger cars/trucks.

Central spot to Work, enjoy the Day and Night Life DC has to offer, enjoy everything that the hip, Shaw, NoMa, Logan areas have to offer. The home is in a very diverse, historic and bustling part of DC, the home is quiet and fully equipped with everything you need.


Travel by METRO subway with the nearest station only a 10-minute walk away at NoMa-Gallaudet station, on the Red line

Walk, Uber Bike or hop on the bus to get around town within minutes of stepping out the front door! The Rowhome is located on a typical busy DC street but the home is nice and quiet.

Lime, Bird, Lyft, and Uber JUMP scooters (and bikes) are readily available on nearly every corner of the city wherever you can find one, rent them easily using their app and your smartphone

- Arriving at DCA
If you are traveling via DCA by plane, the easiest way during rush hours is to take the Yellow Blue line line straight to Metro Center and then the Red line to Noma; or Taxi/Uber/Lyft.

- Arriving at IAD or BWI
If you are traveling via IAD or BWI by plane, the easiest way is to take Taxi/Uber/Lyft.

- Arriving by BUS or TRAIN
If you are traveling via Union Station by train or bus, you can take the Red Metro line to NoMa and you’re a few mins walk away!

This inviting 2-bedroom, One Floor, Rowhome is stylish yet homey and comfortable, providing you with plenty of space for relaxation after exploring DC’s busy neighborhoods.

Equipped with comfortable Serta queen bed mattresses, provides sleeping arrangements for up to five guests and there is a pull-out sofa for the third bed. The bathroom is stocked with everything you need including shampoo, conditioner, soap, bath towels and more.

There is a dining table, and living area with comfy throws, pillows where you can kick back and relax following a day of sightseeing or meetings. There is also a dedicated desk area for working from home.

Ultra-fast FIOS 1-GIG Wi-Fi internet is provided throughout the home.

The home has one designated parking space at the back of the property. There is also hourly non-metered street parking available.
