Great place to stay with family or friends if you're doing a Commanders Game. Set in a very cool area of DC,, would be great home base for seeing the sights in town as well. Celebrated my Dad's 80th birthday, plenty of room for the 6 of us.. Would choose this place again for future visits.
Family from three states met up after a family wedding for some family time visiting the DC area.
Perfect location for walking to eat, visit the Zoo and getting on bus metro and even metro stations.we never moved out cars once parking!
Great stay, plenty of room, excellent location, easy walking distance to local stores and restaurants. Allowed us room for immediate family and fellow cadets to get together over the Army/Navy weekend at FedEx field.
This property was in excellent condition. A wonderful place to go “home” to every night after our day in DC. Public transportation is nearby so you can just park your vehicle and ride. One of the best places we have stayed.
My family met in DC(coming from NY and Ohio) to attend a volleyball tournament and just get together. We had a wonderful stay at this property which was more than spacious and very clean. The owners were very responsive to questions and we truly had a wonderful time!
From start to finish, this place was great for our group. The home was exactly as described in the listing. A very clean and spacious house. There were only four of us, so we spread out. Walked to all our meals and enjoyed coffee and tv time in the house between tourist activities. Neighborhood street was quiet at night. We fit two small SUVs on the parking pad in the back and took the metro into do our sightseeing….lots of walking! Would recommend this space for anyone who wants a good, clean and comfortable spot for a trip in DC. Walking and the use of stairs is necessary so anyone with mobility issues may struggle here.
We Booked this house for a quick one night getaway . 3 couples with not much time to hang at the house but could have been really fun with more time to hang out on that cute roof top! Plenty of space and seemed like a cute neighborhood to explore but again we didn’t have time.
Would for sure book again.
We had a wonderful stay. the location was close to The American University Museum where I am having an exhibit. The house was beautiful. They had everything we needed. There were 11 family members coming from different places and the space allowed us to enjoy each other's company. Thank. you.

Positives:
clean and great location
Negatives:
*listed as 5 bedroom but I consider it a 4 bedroom and an office
*ladder to rooftop was not very sturdy
*alarm went off and police showed up multiple times, owner did offer a partial refund but it has been over a month and I have not received it
*when i took out the trash there was a giant rat on top of the trash can( I did not see any signs of rodents inside)
We really enjoyed the space. Everyone was comfortable. We came for our fathers memorial services. The only issue we had was parking. I thought it would have been a better parking situation due to us having 3 cars. It was more on me for not asking more about the parking. I did have to park my truck a street over. The neighborhood was quiet so i wasnt concerned about my truck being to far but i could still run up the hill and see it. The only advice is make sure not to leave your car in the same spot to long to avoid a ticket like i did. Overall it was a nice quiet area. We didnt get to enjoy the roof top as we would have liked due to the weather.

Was expecting better
When we arrived the trash cans were blocking the parking spaces and one of them smelled awful. Apparently they had not picked up all of the trash and we had to get out of the car and move the cans out of the parking area. The rugs in the common area were very stained and need to be washed. The tan futon (near the back door) has several stains that need to be cleaned. There was no paper towels in the kitchen area or in the downstairs half bath to wipe your hands. The water dispenser or the ice maker did not work on the fridge. And the bathrooms had hair in the sinks. The bath mat in one of the bathrooms upstairs appeared to be very old and needs to be tossed. The switch on one of the lamps in the main bedroom is broken and can not be turned on. One of the blankets in the small bedroom (with the futon) is also stained. Some of the glasses in the cabinet had lipstick stains on them, so we put them in the dishwasher when we left.
The house definitely has the potential to be a very nice stay, but in my opinion, it needed a good cleaning before our arrival. I was expecting a lot better.
Title: A Perfect Stay for Our Family! We recently stayed at this wonderful house and had an amazing experience! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how super clean and welcoming the property was. It provided the perfect home base for our family while we cheered on our children at the Marine Corps Marathon. The owners were incredibly responsive, ensuring that we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Their hospitality made us feel valued and cared for, which enhanced our experience even more. The location couldn’t have been better — close to restaurants and conveniently near the metro, allowing us to explore the area with ease. We truly had a fantastic time and believe this house is a gem! We can’t wait to return for another visit. Highly recommend!
Overall we enjoyed our stay. The rooftop was really nice in the evening. A deeper cleaning of the place would go a long way and it had a bad smell upon arrival. A lot of trash in the bins when we arrived. Good communication with the host.
The home was nestled in a rich neighborhood. Everything was well organized and clean. The host quickly responded to my questions and provided ima resolution to any concerns. Regarding sleep accommodations, the house is equipped with amenities for a family of five ore more. Overall, I would stay again in the future, while visiting the heart of DC.
This house was very clean and comfortable and well equipped. The beds were very comfortable. There was a lot of space for the family to gather in the dining room/kitchen area and we loved the rooftop deck!
Communication with the hosts was incredibly helpful and quick. The house was spacious and comfortable. Very clean and well taken care of property. Thank you to the hosts.
Place was very nice. Was a little warm inside the house and gnats were inside but the house was very accommodating for our large group. Would recommend.

First off, the location of the rental is PRIME! And the rooftop deck was a huge plus! The rental has all new appliances. Having private parking was also amazing. We did have a few issues with the rental but I have to say that Kate and Zach were always very responsive and did all that they could to address the issues right away! Most of the issues were beyond their control and had to due with their cleaning service. We appreciate everything they did to address the issues to make our trip absolutely unforgettable!
