"We were impressed by our room especially considering the cost. A decent size refrigerator, not a small bar fridge, was a surprise. Because my wife is rather short and is battling with a bad back, climbing up into the bed was problematic. I went to the front desk and they said that they would send a small step stool to our room. Wonderful unexpected service. Our room was quiet and the bed and linen was comfortable."
