「The hotel is Fab! The view is worth every penny and highly recommend getting a room with a view of the lake as watching sunset from the balcony was incredible. All the staff were very welcoming and helpful with any questions. The restaurant/ Bar was also fab with gorgeous pizzas for good value and could see a lot of locals visit to sit and enjoy the view. Parking was also never an issue. Only issue I would say is the lack of aircon. They do provide fans in the rooms but one of our nights it...

「Building itself is not very new, but it's all clean and confortable. As the first bike hotel in Como area, their support was perfect, not only cycling but also how to get/out to their hotel. Enough information and very good relationship with others in Bellagio. I appreciated thiei free laundry service, which we can get cleaned clothes just after 2hours after we handed them. Their location is fantastic also. A bit far from city center but that was better for me. I had a very relaxing night...

「Stunning location & comfortable rooms. Tip: it is better if you have your own car but there is a bus stop just outside the door. Friendly staff but disappointing there was no water or tea & coffee facilities in the rooms. Also our air conditioner wasn’t working for the first 48 hours which, during a hot spell, made one room uncomfortable.」

We were not disappointed, from the moment we stepped in the level of service from all the staff was superb, Breakfast was fresh, plenteous and varied, top marks. The bar/bistro was well priced and again the staff were brilliant.
