Within 5 minutes Kevin had it resolved and had us in a beautiful new suite. His attention to detail and customer service went well above anything I usually see."

"Parking is great. Front desk person was very welcoming. My room was very clean and comfortable. Bathroom was very clean. It was an easy walk to the MVP arena and busy after the show. Safe enough to walk back. My only problem was that I am 5 feet tall and the top of the mattress was to my waist. It was quite a hop up."
