This was our first time staying here and we were very upset about our stay. The room obviously was not cleaned to the point of being gross. There was a brown smeared stain on the shower curtain sitting next to the toilet, dust dusting all the cubbies for the towels that we needed to use, a small cut straw left on the counter behind the Kleenex dispenser and the tub and shower were both dirty. We are most disgusted by the brown smeared stain on the shower curtain, I did go down and inform the main desk. They were busy so I was handed another one and told to leave our dirty one out in the hallway. That dirty one remained in the hallway outside our room the rest of the day and throughout the entire night until we left the next day.

For a la Quinta inn we weren’t expecting much but this definitely made us think twice about this brand. It was clean and everyone was so nice. Rm 225 had someone’s sock behind the bed by the window you may want to grab but everything was pretty clean overall. My son used the pool it was clean and very well maintained but the amount of chlorine definitely burned our eyes and couldn’t be in there to long. We definitely wished they honored quiet hours because the rude ass teenagers were running up and down the hall all hours of the night. It was a great stay overall though and will return.

The toilet in the room was broken. Had to put my hand into the back of the tank to hopefully get it to flush. There’s was no water pressure in the shower. Guessing either puke or poop on the toilet seat cover. Had to be the most uncomfortable mattress I’ve ever slept on.

Overall the hotel was ok but the common areas were dirty, floors hadn’t seen a vacuum in days/weeks, it’s completely understaffed with one person for the desk and one single person for breakfast, maintenance and room cleaning. They were overwhelmed.

The room we got was great, very nice and had a full mini kitchen. Dick at check in was awesome! Polite, charming and funny! The woman at check in during the day was rude. She purposely ignored and bypassed my husband while he waited online. The guy even told her my husband was next and she still ignored him. The breakfast room was packed so the kids had to eat in the lobby. While there my husband noticed someone left a phone. He tried to bring it to her attention. She again ignored him. I noticed but just watched. He told her again Excuse me someone left a phone. Ignored again. He thought she didn't hear him so he walked toward the desk and she proceeded to away from him. I walked up to her and said Hi my husband was trying to tell you someone left their phone. She said Yes I'm going to get that now so I told her Oh so you purposely ignored him, that's rude and you did it earlier as well. She looked annoyed and shocked that I called her out but I didn't care. The breakfast room was packed every day which was a turn off. No seating available ever. The POOL which is why we booked was a huge disappointment - levels of chlorine were scary. Once you enter after a few minutes your eyes are burning and tearing. Kids were coughing so hard they couldn't breathe-parents were removing them from the water. Some kids even threw up in the pool. They need to check their chlorine levels because they are dangerously high. I unfortunately wouldn't stay here again. My daughter loved the slide.

Our room’s floor was so filthy there were thick piles of crumbs, lint, and even someone’s tee shirt left behind from previous users. Staff was overwhelmed by a kiddie sports team that took over and made messes throughout common areas. Only after they left could anyone else enjoy the fun pool area w surprisingly nice local mural, treadmills, and arcade. Front desk staff was trying hard and apologetic- they were using their own purses to help kids break bills for games. Breakfast had typical options,m- adding one or two healthy additions like spinach for eggs or cut fruit- would make it a wow.

The whole hotel was filthy upon arrival. The carpets were covered in crumbs and debris. The communal bathroom had dirty towels and toilet paper all around. The paper towels and toilet paper were empty. The water jug in the work out room needed to be changed. The pool area made all of our children cough and sting their eyes. They tried to enjoy it in small increments. The carpet in our room was dirty, epically around the baseboards. The mattresses had stains but the linens seemed ok. The breakfast was very basic. Had to wait in a 15 minute line to make a waffle.

Hotel was very understaffed, it took us over an hour to get checked in. I felt terrible for the one person that was at the front. He was clearly doing his best but simply had no help. The room was not as clean as it should have been. There was hair in the bathtub and the couch was covered in something, I am only hoping was lotion? The mattress cover on the couch pull out was filthy and there was food and debris under the couch cushions. The room also wasn’t vacuumed -the cleanliness is unfortunate because the room layout was exactly what we needed for a family with three small kids. The pool area was awesome, perfect for kids. I do think maybe the chemicals were too much? The chemical smell was very intense, much more than I’ve ever experienced anywhere else. I observed many kids, including one of my own, coughing non stop as soon as we entered the pool area. We had to bring her back to the room to catch her breath and unfortunately she couldn’t enjoy the pool because of this. I would love to be able to come back if those changes were made because it really is a great little spot for families. I hope things will improve for others.

Hotel was good. Brenda in housekeeping is the best worker! She and lou at the breakfast station both made the stay much more enjoyable. The the older gentlemen in check in, was grumpy. The worst part was people were having thier toddlers with diapers on in the hot tub! So gross!!!

The pool and hot tub were both cold. The chlorine smell was very strong and made our eyes hurt. The room was mediocre. It is a budget-friendly hotel, so it is okay for the price, but I would choose a different hotel next time.

El olor a cloro era insoportable, no había suficiente ventilación en el área de las piscinas, los niños se estaban ahogando de tanto cloro. Los ojos ardían y la garganta reseca de toda esa cantidad de cloro, no pudieron resolver el problema. El desayuno feo.

It was horrible. Staff that was there were very nice. short staffed. Pool area dirty no towels. overcrowded. would never recommend. They left one person for check-ins. long delay
