Nice enough place but quite a few issues. Arrived at reception and was being checked in as the wrong person, then find out that they charge £8 per night for parking (not easy to find when booking). Got to the room which was in need of modernising. Some lights not working in the room, some furniture missing, and window fittings were flaking/falling apart (windows would not close or lock properly). Beds were clean and comfortable enough but mattresses are quite thin. Overall, we got a good nights sleep in a comfortable enough bed. Place does need modernising and some better attention to detail with things like check in and maintenance.

The hotel overall offered a very good price for a reasonably convenient location, the bed itself was nothing to get hyped about, but it just about beats out a sofa bed. There was an Air Conditioning (or just Heater/Cooler) unit in the room, but the control panel just flashed "E3" repeatedly and otherwise done nothing whilst it was turned on - there was however a small fan in the room which was OK as a backup. Parking is plentiful and we had no trouble finding a space, even when arriving back to the hotel late at night. All the staff we spoke to were very pleasant. If I wanted a more comfortable sleep, because of the bed I'd choose elsewhere, but for the price we paid it was a good option for a bed and then breakfast buffet the following morning.
