Apartment had broken furniture, including the desk office chair, that my 5 year old sat in the night we arrived that literally fell over because multiple feet were bent.. Apartment is right next to trash room. Hallway smelled of narcotics and apartment had strong cleaning chemical smell. Cheap pack and play, no crib as advertised. Couch full of stains. Unit was dirty upon arrival. including someone elses hair in one of the showers. Oven still had old food...

「The hotel did not accommodate my handicap. There were no working elevators. They wanted my husband, grandson and I to haul our luggage up stairs to our room. They said that all ground floor room we taken except one which had no working television. The room that they offered us to check out was not cleaned to our satisfaction and also had an odor. We decline our stay and checked into another hotel.」

「There is no dishes, no soap, no extra blankets, no shampoo. no coffee. basically you need to bring everything. Oh wait, there is toilet paper and towels.」
