Excellent, I had a pleasant stay. The apartment was clean and had everything I needed. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores in the neighborhood.

Nice apartment with everything modern. But gaining access through their instructions was infuriating. Insteuctuons on how to access came late, then once access granted it was almost one hour after check in time. When I called, the customer service people were very nice though. When we entered the apt, the doir was unlocked, the ley fob was broken, the garbage was full. The bath/shower was semi clogged. There is a nice gym, apt building well located near ameneties (check out the HEB grocery store) and 30 mins from downton Austin. No elevators, this room up a flight of 15-20 stairs. Not recommended if you are technologically challenged as everything is done online, you need an app to open the door, which deactivates your apple wallet.

One of the nicest properties I’ve stayed at. Communication was super easy, quick, and helpful when I wasn’t able to get into the Landing app. Will absolutely be booking again for even longer!

The Bad: Don't book for a same-day stay! I booked at noon for that night and the next. They sent me a text to fill out a form to do a background check/credit review. I had that done around 3. When I arrived at 8:30 pm, it had not been processed yet. It took 20 minutes on the phone to get a code to enter the apartment. The next evening, the code didn't work for me to get back into the apartment. I had to call again. Inside the apartment, there was a constant mechanical humming sound from the bathroom (probably the a/c?) that could be heard through the apartment. There was also a lot of road noise. With earplugs, I couldn't hear any of it, but without it was hard to get to sleep. The Good: The apartment was well decorated, spotless, and VERY comfortable. It even had a throw blanket on the couch and snacks and water. The towels were luxurious and the bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in. Overall, the vibe was very homey and welcoming. The location is terrific. It's close to HEB, Walmart, and both fast food and sit-down restaurants. It is also convenient to downtown.

Nice property away from the rush. Bedrooms definitely need curtains though because the lights from the apartment complex made it seem like it was daylight all night long.

I loved my stay at Barsala At The Flats at Shadow Glen. It’s conveniently located close to restaurants and gas stations and only 25 minutes from downtown Austin. The property is gated and safe and quiet. Loved the room. It was very clean with nice decor. The bed was very comfortable. I will definitely stay there again.

We loved staying at this property. The apartment was in great condition and very clean. The only thing we were disappointed in was the cleanliness of the swimming pool. It is beautiful but was not properly taken care of.

AMAZING LITTLE SPOT

AWSOME Apt pool was great we didnt get to try the gym couldn't figure out how to get in. I would recommend leaving instruction for how to access things. Also recommend maybe an extra pan and pizza pan. Other than that the stay was great and would stay again.

It was a clean and comfortable room. However, the app had multiple issues due to an incorrect email address imported from hotel.com. as a result, no check-in directions for provided to me before my arrival, and I was unable to access my room as well. My struggles with the app continued the next day when the unlock feature continued not to work, forcing me to download another app in order to access my room. If the bugs were worked out of the app, it would have been a great stay

Very nice but lack of communication a weakness

The stay was fine, room etc very good, was disappointed In that the pool was closed with a cable lock so no one could enter. I wish I had known it would have most likely made me look someplace else. So disappointed.

The pool was closed 😫 the community bbq area closed as well. Electric door locks require always carrying your phone also a bummer. BUT...everything else was very nice
