We found this hotel last minute and so glad we did! From the moment we arrived we were greeted warmly and our room was amazing. We had room 3 which was on that second floor with a beautiful cathedral ceiling and deck to enjoy the ocean view. Breakfast was included and plentiful as well. If we come back to tulum I would book here again for sure

Our family had the privilege of being the first guests to stay at Niken. We weren’t sure what to expect with no previous reviews to go off of. We were pleasantly surprised and quickly knew we wanted to stay longer. Everything from the hosts, room, food, view, hospitality, and amenities were 10/10! We enjoyed cold AC and fresh water/coffee in the room, delicious breakfast that was included, their natural pool fed from a local cenote, and quality beach lounge chairs/huts. You can tell they thought of all the details. We fell in love with Tulum and will most definitely come back. Every Highly recommend Niken.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Rooms are really nice, and it’s a great value for money. Only the beach club could be better as the beach beds are not as nice as other beach clubs, and it would benefit a facelift, but I’m very picky.

Great stay

We spent one night here and it exceeded our expectations! Spacious room with plunge pool on roof. Beautiful property and the beach was clean and calm. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room AC was very cold, no problems there. Beds were a little hard and I prefer firm mattress. Walking distance to lots of restaurants, spas and a mini mart directly across the street. Not a luxury hotel but a perfect boutique hotel for a few nights.

Loved our stay here! The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and we had our own private rooftop! Breakfast was also included which was a plus and we were walking distance to restaurants and the night club. 10/10 would recommend!

The location is good , that's it! The hotel is ok , nothing special to say, but the price/quality is a shame. We paid around 550 Euros / night , for that amount you can expect some thing .....Our estimation was 100-200 E/night . We checked around and got confirmation. Big frustration

A spacius place with beachfront access, the sunbeds i would recommend getting before noon as most will be gone by then. The rooms are huge, great AC, comfortable bed and large bathroom. Our patio area had a lovely view of the beach too.
