Second, we reserved a room with 2 beds (1 bed and one futon). We got one bed and thin pad for the floor with almost no room to put it. It's very small and there is not a lot of noise insulation so if you're talking super loudly, stomping around, and slamming doors, you're being a bother to everyone. Be considerate! "Overall clean but found a sock from prev guest. Dust, mold around windows, but disappointed. Found a wonderful izakaya 5min walking distance. 7-11 on the way to go which was convenient. Tiny diners in front of the building which we didn’t try but look good. Kabab track, too. "

"お宿から降りてすぐの日の出浜で波の音を聴きながらゆっくり過ごしました。 お宿近くの岡田港の周辺は食事ができるところが元町港に比べて少ないようですが、舟吉さんで2食付き、港の施設のレストランで昼食を取れるので特に問題ありませんでした。私は食べる機会がありませんでしたが近くにはパン屋さんなどもあるようです。 お宿は清潔でご飯も美味しく、ご主人方もとても親切にしてくださいました。その日のスケジュールの相談や荷物預かりなど、心配事を相談すると真摯にお答えくださいます。お宿は山にも近いのですが部屋の窓をしっかり閉めれば虫なども問題なかったです。(もし万が一出たとしてもご主人にお願いすればすぐに対処してくださいます) 個人的な話ですが、初めての女一人旅でこんなに素敵なお宿に宿泊出来たことはとても幸いでした。伊豆大島の一人旅で宿にお悩みの方は是非、ゲストハウス舟吉さんを検討なさってみてください！"
