Very, Very, Very Dirty
"This is the dirtiest place I've ever stayed in... it must have been years since they last replaced the tatami (or even cleaned it)-- I can't believe it's normally around $90/night!! For that price, the bare minimum they could provide is a clean place to stay. The toilet smelled offensive."
"It was an awkful experience . This place is less than basic. You are charged for 100 yen for one set of towels, the hand basin has a dead bug in it. No liquid hand soap, only a thin PC of left over soap given. Owner very hostile, asked me to make up my own tatami, after 10 min of negotiation, he ..."
"The amenities provided by this hotel are excellent (breakfast buffet, in-room toiletries and treats, size of the room and a reasonable check-out time).
It is also right next to many restaurants and nightlife!"

"Great location, walkable to Shibuya train station and very happening areas. The room itself is clean and on the 30th floor it was very quiet. Dining options in hotel are all a little pricey and slow, but a few convenience stores are walking distance outside if you just want to munch on something in your room. There is an airport shuttle but it is not free."

"Staffs were polite, respectful and helpful.
The entire facility was clean and I felt safe in the COVID era.
Location is excellent.
There is a post office just across the street and convenience stores within 1-2 minutes walk, and just a few minutes walk to Shinjuku station.
The breakfast was great.
The room was small and good for 1-2 day stay but not enough storage for longer stay.
Over all, the experience there was great!!"
