"This hotel exceeded our expectation. Welcoming, friendly and professional staff. Awesome buffet breakfast for a very reasonable price, rooms are spacious, always up to par in cleaning it everyday, amenities are great and location was excellent in a very quiet area yet close to shopping, food, gardens etc. public transportation and walking distance was great too. Laundry accessible and workout area in the hotel. Definitely considering this hotel when we return to Japan. Thank you Hotel Metropolitan Edmont… Arigato gozaimasu!"

"Overall its a great hotel. This is my second time staying here. Staff are friendly and helpful. Its really close to shinjuku station. However it is in kabukicho so be prepared for crowds and a lot of police/security on friday, saturday, and sunday night. Another thing is i have been to other hotels that give a lot more amenities than this hotel. "
