"Plenty of space in the cabin. Choice of amenities was excellent. Safety lock box in the cabin to keep your valuables secure. A bit annoying to go to the reception floor and then take the lift down to go outside. Air conditioning didn't really help when it got hot in the cabin."

"Its small. Luggage stays at the bottom floor so you dont have access to it easily from the capsule area. Public bath so no privacy when showering whatsoever. Its your preference; I chose not to shower there. Rembrandt in shin-okubo is much larger and much more luxurious. Stay there instead."

"Very cute Onsen room that was really nice, the capsules are spacious and comfortable- the people in my room were noisy all night and so didn’t get much sleep and it was pretty hot too! It’s like staying in a cheap hostel. Probably fine for one night but I wouldn’t stay longer."

"Pretty standard for a capsule hotel. Sauna area is good. Signs are clear for foreigners. Only downside is that the locker area is very narrow and no seat is present. Not easy to organize my belongings before shower and bed."

"Check in was very easy even as a customer unable to speak Japanese. I showed my Expedia booking and passport and given keycards and a rules guideline. Locker room/bathrooms/showers accessed via the elevator to base floor (men). It is well maintained and organized. On my last day someone had carelessly damaged one of the shower head handles, but it was still working fine. Soap, shampoo, and conditioner are provided in each private shower. "This is an excellent property for younger people. Not so much for an older one like me (65). The issue being the design of the sleeping pod. There is a curved portion to house a container of some kind. As a result, I always hit my head against it every time I go in or out. The premises are excellent. Clean and have amazing facility for the price. So close to the station. "
