"This hotel is definitely not what it used to be. Staff was non-chalant and arrogant. Room was outdated with old furniture. With such a nice new hotel next door one would think that the staff here would care more with such good competition close by. Spend a couple of extra bucks and stay next door."

"Second time here in the past year, and the second time they've completely screwed up charges, despite a very protracted and frustrating back and forth last year. I wanted to give them another chance as the Andaluz next door is nice, but loud from street noise, and the Parq Central was sold out. As a very frequent business traveler to Albuquerque I really wish these folks were even marginally competent, as the hotel is decent and unlike so many other properties in downtown ABQ it's actually quiet enough to sleep!"

"It was a lovely stay, the unti was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. There is a nice patio and plenty of safe off street parking. I had a little difficulty locating the place after arriving at night, the mailbox was open and the house number wasn't obvious. The coyote fence is the best identifier to find the place. All things considered, we would definitely stay again. "

"Our room was very clean and really cute. Staff was great too for check in and out. The only downside was there was no elevator for all our heavy luggage so be sure to ask if you can get a room downstairs if needed. "
