「We booked for the ramp. Enjoyed staying there a lot!」

「Our experience was disappointing from the time we booked until we checked out.I rented this home to celebrate my daughter’s 16th birthday with 9 people, which was under the 10-person limit. Before we even arrived, I was repeatedly questioned about the number of adults, minors, and cars, and reminded twice that parties weren’t allowed. It honestly felt like I was being treated as if I were planning to trash the property when our plans were simply for the girls to hang out while the moms...

「The layout and room of home is great. Pretty view also. But it needs to be cleaned. It was pretty dirty on arrival. Tables were dirty and sticky. Floors dirty. Nothing to cook with in the kitchen. Bring your pots and pans. But even with all of that we made do and had the best time. But the house does need some attention…」

「This property was not very clean. I have attached photos. Some of the photos that were previously shared are similar to mine which is sad that they did not choose to make it better. Light bulbs were burnt out and chair cushions were gross and dirty. The patio furniture had nails sticking up and if we didn’t see them, we could have gotten hurt. The patio had rotting wood that made it feel unsafe. When we told the host they didn’t see to do anything other than say it would be better in the future...

「Very overpriced for the value. The living room furniture and rug were dirty and stained. The a/c was spotty. There was a hole in the wall in one of the upstairs rooms. Had to stuff with tee shirt because of heat coming in. House felt unsteady, could feel it sway. There is no outdoor furniture on the upper deck.」

「Never got pool key to work. Then it was closed Tuesday, Wednesday and when we left this morning. The bunk beds need to be tightened. They squeeze and wobbly anytime someone moves while on them. But overall we had a great time. My grandkids want to know when they can go back. And we only got home about 3 hours ago.」

「The house was perfect for 6 of us! The two bedrooms downstairs were ideal for adult children. The kitchen was amazing along with breakfast nook and living room. It was a perfect location to walk just a few minutes to the beach. The patio was great for morning coffee and the outdoors spaces were perfect for gatherings. As an aside, the neighbors were incredibly friendly. We stayed during the July 4th weekend. 10/10 recommend the golf cart parade. Finally, our host Jenny responded swiftly to any...

「This place is not at all like the pictures. The entire place is held together with caulk and duct tape. We tried getting ahold of the owner the first day about it and we ended up ultimately having to leave and rent something else. The owners still have not responded to our request for a refund. The entire place was very dirty, trash bins were full, and the rooms were not as advertised.」

「There was plenty of room. The pictures make it look much better than it actually is. Bedding was clean, but couch had a lot of stains. For a cabin at the beach, I was not bothered by this. This is not a fancy high-end place to stay, but it was comfortable and convenient. The only problem was that the porch needs some serious upgrading. A child could easily fall through the spindles that need to be reattached to the porch. One person in my party stepped on a nail that was coming up from the...

「Have no complaints. Ac was cold and the pool was great ! The host is helpful and nice. In the summertime you will find it best to leave the shutters down to keep the house cool , if you want one open for view that’s cool too but we had no problems . They have a newer refrigerator too so some of the reviews are not current. Fridge was perfect! No ice maker just buy a bag of ice. No big deal. Had the best time !!」

「The house looks nothing like the photos, it is in disrepair and dirty. If you sit at the fire pit after dark be prepared for the rats. We couldn’t eat at the house because there isn’t a table and the gnats were too bothersome. Broken window that was boarded .」

「We had a wonderful stay. The home was exactly as described and the photos accurately depicted the home and rooms. Very family friendly. The location was great, only about 20 minutes from Seawall Blvd and easy access to the beach. In fact, beach access was almost perfect, very walkable but being able to drive on the beach made it super easy to take all of our stuff out there. Overall; our trip was 10/10 and the home was a big part of it!」

「Everything was good, no real complaints. I wasn't 100% sure on the room layout as one of the bedrooms were down stairs and the place was a little dusty but nothing that was a nightmare. Great location overall and fit what we needed. Thanks again!」

「Beautiful place right across from the beach the pictures don’t do it justice about 30 minutes from the strand we had a blast awesome house owner is very open with communication would rent again」
