● Beach access: Less than a 2 minute drive to both the Sea Isle and Terramar Beach access points.

● Rent BeachBox: Beach gear rentals are available! Ask us for details and rates.

● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.

● Pet Policy: 3 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.

● Parking: We have room for 5 cars in the driveway.

Inside, Villa La Isla welcomes you with an open-concept living area. The large windows bathe the space in natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Settle in for movie nights on the big-screen TV in the living room, which flows seamlessly into the fully equipped kitchen with bar seating. Off the living area, you`ll find a bedroom with a plush king-sized bed, perfect for parents seeking a quiet retreat. Two additional bedrooms complete this level, one with two queen beds and another with two twin-over-full bunk beds.

Head upstairs via the charming spiral staircase to discover a fun-filled loft area. This space features a comfy couch, an arcade game to keep everyone entertained, and a full-over-full bunk bed for additional sleeping arrangements.

Step outside onto the expansive front porch, where you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning sea breeze or gather for an evening social under the fairy lights. The large backyard offers even more space for fun in the sun. House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 12 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
