Wonderful Stay!

We had a great time. The house was perfect for our stay, as it has a big backyard for our dogs. It was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed very much!

Cozy and clean, away from the bustle of town

Stayed for 3 nights for a friends getaway. It was easy to get into Austin for the sunset bat tour, botanical gardens, and SoCo shopping - and it was nice to chill in a comfortable, quiet residential neighborhood afterwards. The greenway nearby provides a wonderful spot for morning walks.

Home away from home

Great location with accurate description. Huge backyard in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of space for all. Great coffee shop (Summer Moon) nearby.

Great house. Great stay!

This was a well appointed, comfortable house. It was a convenient location for us and had easy access to IH 35. I really appreciated all the amenities especially for the dogs. There is a large backyard as well as a walking trail at the end of the road.

Great eclipse visit

Nice sized house in a quiet and comfortable area with good walking trails out the front door. We enjoyed the backyard and kitchen area. If we ever return we will have to get lessons on how the tv works because we couldn’t figure it out but over all it was a wonderful stay

Great Cozy Neighborhood

The place was nice and the neighborhood was quiet. A quaint neighborhood rooster will start your day. The location allowed us to get everywhere in Austin we needed in less than 1/2 hour. The beds slept well, too.

Great Find!!

This house was great! Spotless and there were cozy home touches everywhere which made it that much better! There were toys for our dogs and a HUGE backyard for them! It's about a 20 minute Uber ride to downtown and a short distance away from other destinations like Wonderspaces and great restaurants. We will definitely stay here again the next time we're in Austin!

Perfect location

The property was less than 5 minutes away from our conference! That was great. The property itself was okay. Two of the beds were very comfortable, the bunk bed was very squeaky and the individual ended up sleeping on the couch. All the throw pillows on the couch were ripped and stuffing was coming out. We spent very little time in the property so that didn’t really bother us.

Great spot!

We loved our stay here! It was in the suburbs and we really appreciated that. Huge backyard with tons of room for our dog and it had puppy clean up bags! The surrounding neighbors have loud dogs and chickens but it worked out. Only notes I have would be: this house sleeps 8 people, and there is only one small couch in the living room that could seat maybe 3 comfortably. Luckily we had lawn chairs we brought from home. Also the kitchen supplies is alright, we cooked a lot here so if you plan to cook bring some extra cookware. The queen size bed was hard as a rock, so we stacked some blankets and it worked fine. Everything else was great! We really enjoyed it! Would come back for sure!

Nice property

Place is nice and very accommodating. Wish the backyard would have been mowed so we could have enjoyed the outside during the evening. We were not able to get the tv to work and the two beds except the master bed were very squeaky every time you moved while sleeping. The kitchen is super hot when cooking so would suggest a small ceiling fan in there to help circulate the air.
