"This is the best hotel we have stayed at in Tenerife. The hotel is spotless and the staff are fantastic. In particular Roberto at reception and Yenifer and Omar in the restaurant. "We had a great stay at this hotel. It is a huge place with lots of pool and restaurant options, and brilliant staff. The restaurant setup is fairly unique, we ate at five different options even without being able to sample the top two (as they are adults only and we had our baby with us). Smart dress is required at each, reservations pretty much mandatory to get in due to the demand (it was. busy week when we stayed). Decent mix of cuisines, some variability in service but most staff were brilliant. Breakfast was a highlight, so many options and a great set up. As we were travelling with a baby we didn't get to use too many ameneties but from what I saw the spa looked lovely and it seemed to be a good place to bring children 3+ years old with the extra facilities and events for them. I wish some of the entertainment had been available earlier in the evenings, music shows seemed to start quite late assuming everyone had a late dinner, which didn't suit me. But that was a minor issue."

"What an incredible hotel! From start to finish, everything was absolutely perfect. The staff were fantastic – so friendly, welcoming and attentive, always going above and beyond to make sure everyone had the best experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, with excellent amenities and everything you could possibly need for a relaxing holiday. The rooms were spotless, spacious, comfortable and beautifully maintained. The food was amazing, with plenty of choice and something for everyone. The location was just perfect, with stunning views and beautiful surroundings that made the whole experience even more special. I honestly couldn’t fault a single thing. Every little detail made our stay memorable, and we loved every single minute. It was one of those holidays you just don’t want to end! I’m already planning my return, which says it all! Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic holiday. Can’t wait to be back!"

"Our stay, was exceptional from start to finish. To be greeted at check-in with a glass of champagne, and selecting a room fragrance is a perfect start. Having private access to the pool was nice to enable a cool dip during the warm afternoons. The spacious terrace was well-furnished with decent sunbeds, a dining table, and a comfortable sofa. There is a great selection of high-quality breakfast products, including several sourdough bread options and plenty of seeds, nuts, fresh fruit, and yoghurt for the health-conscious, plus a good variety of cooked options. The minor gripes for us: Firstly, not the hotels fault, there were the odd inconsiderate guests who felt the need to be heard by everyone or to use a mobile phone on hands free in a restaurant. We used to hotel shuttle to dine at Il Bocconcino one evening and informed both the concierge and the shuttle driver that we were dining there. We were dropped at the main hotel reception and told we had to walk outside, along the road, to the reception other end of the complex. The driver could have dropped us at the other reception (driver drove past us) or we could have been offered the internal shuttle. This could be a real inconvenience in the height of summer when trekking down the road in eveningwear, when you'll be sitting outside with no aircon. Beyond those minor details, it remains an absolute sanctuary for a couples' getaway in Costa Adeje, and would definitely return."

"We had an incredible stay at the Vincci Selección La Plantación del Sur. The staff are incredible and so helpful and friendly. The breakfast was memorable and the pool area is lovely - one is heated and the other 3 aren’t but still a great temperature for cooling off. The walk to the beach is about 15 mins, longer on the way back as it is a steep hill!! We walked to La Caleta for evening meals which is about half an hour walk along the coast. Cannot recommend this place highly enough - we will be back!!!!"
