"Unfortunately in our room the ventilation was not working and had a error come up if you tried to restart the air conditioning. We did not really need air conditioning for cooling that much but just flowing air would have been much nicer as the room but a bit muggy and musky because lack of air flow. Windows did open a bit we found so that did help. Room was well fitted out but some things did not work, usb ports along side bed, fan in bathroom. Not a deal breaker but could have been better for sure. Good Competitive rates though as well."

"Breakfast was all fresh, but compared to similar hotels was very basic, no hash browns or mushrooms in the cooked option, but a good selection on the 'continental' breakfast. Room was clean and well presented. However, other than the coffee and milk, the complimentary items bottled water, biscuits, and hot chocolate sachet were not replenished daily. I will give credit to the staff on reception, after I reported the heating controls not working in our room, error E04 on the controller, a heater and additional quilt were offered immediately, and waiting in our room when we returned. Gym facilities were adequate but lack some heavier weights. "

"Just felt like they were trying to screw every penny out of me from the extortionate parking price for overnight parking to paying for water in my room. The woman in the restaurant at night wouldn't know customer service if it slapped her in the face.vote with feet won't stay again !"

"I didn't opt for breakfast but will next time, unfortunately my car got broken into when I parked overnight in the disability parking bay with my disability Blue badge. It was a shock to to see the damage in the morning and the police were quickly in attendance and per CCTV cameras recording everything in the car park. I would most definitely book the hotel again in the future and would recommend it highly."

"Only stayed one night unfortunately but will definitely return. Staffs are very helpful and friendly; great breakfast; bedroom lovely and enjoyed the bar. We would have eaten at the restaurant but only one vegan option on the menu so are elsewhere and the gym is good as long as there are few people in there at the same time. Great location in the center, just not the easiest to find."

"There are two things I did not like. 1. The mattress was very uncomfortable. I woke every morning, in pain all over; feeling like I’d been mugged and beaten up. 2.Getting in and out of the bathtub/shower was hazardous. I have arthritis in my hips and knees; I had problems raising my leg(s) high enough clear the side of the tub. The bath mat in the tub did little to prevent slipping. "

"Breakfast room quite small for size of hotel. Queues at key times. Cooked breakfast buffet in another room and separated by stairs, not so good when carrying a hot plate. Having said that, the offering was very good and piping hot."
