「Very easy checkin and out, helpful bag storage, great breakfast, spotlessly clean theoughout. Very convenient accommodation for parents visiting children at the universities. Good public transport links close by. Have stayed several times over the last few years and look forward to returning. 」
「Our trip didn’t quite go as planned, but the hotel staff were amazing. After our flight was cancelled, we had to cancel our original booking, but managed to get a later flight. Carol, the manager, came in on her day off to help sort things out so we wouldn’t be charged twice.
The food was also great; my husband said his fish and chips were some of the biggest he’s had (and he’s had a lot!).
The room was clean and comfortable with everything we needed including tea and coffee, a TV, fan, iron...

We were pleased to get early check-in as our room was ready. The breakfast is excellent with lots of choice. Be aware that the hotel does not have air conditioning - that was the only downside for us.」
