「Had a great time just relaxing in this beautiful area. Cottage was clean, comfortable, and had everything you could want for your stay! Area is close to dining and shops in Montecito and in a lovely residential neighborbood. Hope to go back soon!」

「I was impressed that Jennifer’s Room was in a lovely upscale neighborhood. Upon arrival I walked my dog and was welcomed by 3 neighbors. I felt so safe and comfortable in Jennifer’s Room. It was a perfect place for me and my dog, Grace O’Malley. 」

「This is our 5th time to this amazing house. The location is perfect! The backyard is awesome for reading or a glass of wine. Brought our did this time and went to the dog beach for the day.」

「Enjoyed staying here. Really nice location for walking around downtown Carp. Clean and comfortable with a super easy check-in/check-out process. Awesome communication with property manager as well. Thank you! 」

「The title pretty sums it up. It is a great property and we had a fun time and enjoyed our stay. Only negatives were that the bed is not very comfortable, and also the sound proofing is not very good so unless you have a fan on or something you'll be able to hear traffic and trains throughout the night. 」

「Loved it great location fantastic roommate 」

「The place is wonderful! Two of us best friends had a get away for Easter week and it was so relaxing. Tom and Eileen left a plate of fresh-baked goodies and a chilled bottle of wine for us, then a few days later a cute carton of fresh-laid eggs. We felt so pampered! The weather was constantly shifting, but we found the property allowed for everything. We really liked the bird-feeder, and sweeping views. Pool and spa were lovely. So easy, and the hosts seemed very amenable. Will visit again!」

「My wife and I really liked this property because of the fenced in yard with hot tub and putting greens. Given we had two kids under 3, they needed to be able to run when we were there. My three year old loved calling the loft his bedroom! Would stay there again.」

「Visiting family and friends in SB.Bryan our host is awesome. The house is clean, comfortable, close to the beach and had all amenities.We would highly recommend a stay here.」

「This house has a great location, walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops and just a few minutes from the beach. The beds were very comfortable and the house had everything you need for stay. We happened to stay during a heat wave and found that it took quite awhile for the PLUG- IN AC to cool place off. The owner also requested us to turn this off while we were not in the home, texting us about it during our stay to remind us. This was a little frustrating as we booked this home...

「I actually did not stay here because the Host cancelled our reservation the day before we were supposed to check in. More specifically, she tried to push me to cancel the reservations so I'd have to eat the charges: this seems like fraud to me. She gave conflicting reasons for the cancellation, I assume at least one reason was a lie. This Host is not trustworthy. Also I am disappointed in VRBO for failing to properly vet the properties on its platform. I'm done with short-term rentals! Too hard...
