    Parking for 1 vehicle. Additional vehicles would need to street park in nearby neighborhood, I would advise bringing 1 car as street parking can be difficult. We are located near the freeway.

Loved staying here. Well-stocked kitchen, clean, and cute. Close to the beach and the Hilton Santa Barbara Beachfront Resort. Very safe and secure parking. Would definitely stay here again.

This a very cozy and compact place. Not an inch of space is wasted. It is close to everything, and the private wooden entry gates make the property secure with good parking. There is a little noise from the freeway, but is not noticeable when the windows are closed. It has a very well equipped kitchen with the cutest appliances - tiny fridge and freezer, adorable dishwasher, and darling gas stove and oven. With the exception of the temperamental microwave and buffering TV that the host was made aware of, this is a very good place for a couple or single person to stay when visiting Santa Barbara and surrounding areas.

Great little studio with Queen room, kitchenette with stove, oven, microwave, sink and dishwasher. Clean room, nice small patio outside. Parking available in carport, under cover. Area is close to the freeway, but with A/C fan running we didn't hear any traffic noises at night to keep us awake. Bed was on the soft side, but slept well with busy sightseeing/beach days. Very close to East Beach area. It's across from Habit Burger and near some Mexican restaurants. Overall a nice place to stay if in Santa Barbara.
